
Aderonke Osho
Aderonke has worked in leading multinational companies like Cadbury Nigeria Plc (Mondelez), FrieslandCampina Wamco and Kimberly Clark where she led the development of regional marketing strategies for Huggies in West, East and Central Africa (WECA). She was also responsible for overseeing the effective executions of these strategies brand in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa. Aderonke also did the total relaunch of Three crowns milk in 2010 which reversed the brand decline and placed Three Crowns on a strong growth path since then. The relaunch also repositioned Three crowns as a healthy low-fat option instead of a flanker brand for Peak.
Aderonke won a Performance Award in Cadbury and has several recognitions for being an Achiever. She is passionate about building and transforming brands, developing compelling brand communications, leveraging digital trends to increase brand relevance online and offline, delivering profitable P & L for brands and category, using market research data to consistently deliver meaningful insights and launch game changing innovations. Aderonke has a Diploma in Marketing from the Nigerian Institute of Marketing, B.Sc.(Agricultural Extension Services) from the University of Ibadan, MBA International Business Management from Lagos State University.
She attended Senior Management Programme (SMP) from Lagos Business School (LBS). She has also attended several brand building and leadership capabilities trainings and seminars locally and abroad including Leading Digital Marketing Strategy programme from INSEAD Business School, She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Marketing (NIMN) and Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). Her hobbies include Reading, Mentoring and Travelling.








Kenneth Ihedioha
His sales career has traversed some of the major sales regions within FrieslandCampina (WAMCO) Nig. Plc, as well as Dangote Cement Plc where he headed many regional teams, engaged in project start-ups as well as pioneered Route-to-Market strategies (RTM). He also has an initial exposure to Journalism/Public Relations practice.
Ken holds B.Sc (Food Science); M.Sc (Marketing-Public Relations);MBA (Marketing) degrees and has attended Executive Development Programmes at Wits Business School, Johannesburg; Manchester Business School ,UK; Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and The Strategic Value of Customer Relationships (The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvannia, . He was also a participant at the British Council-sponsored InterAction Leadership Programme and the Africa Leadership Forum, Ghana.
His hobbies include Travelling, Writing and Arts collection.

Michael Olusogbon
