Chris is an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in below the line Activation. Chris has worked as Team Leader and Supervisor on several activation projects for different companies including Guinness Nigeria Plc, Promasidor, Hyatt, Unilever, Mouka Limited etc.

Some of the specific projects he worked on include the following:

Dettol School Handwash activation – educating primary school kids on the importance of washing their hands regularly with Dettol soap to prevent diseases and collecting data on the different kinds of soaps used by the kids
Close Up toothpaste Campus Activation – Educating students about oral hygiene and the importance of brushing teeth morning and night with close-up toothpaste

Kenneth Ihedioha

Ken Ihedioha has a very extensive and hands-on experience in Sales and distribution Management spanning over 25 years within multinational environments

His sales career has traversed some of the major sales regions within FrieslandCampina (WAMCO) Nig. Plc, as well as Dangote Cement Plc where he headed many regional teams, engaged in project start-ups as well as pioneered Route-to-Market strategies (RTM).

He also has an initial exposure to Journalism/Public Relations practice.

Ken holds B.Sc (Food Science); M.Sc (Marketing-Public Relations);MBA (Marketing) degrees and has attended Executive Development Programmes at Wits Business School, Johannesburg; Manchester Business School ,UK; Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and The Strategic Value of Customer Relationships (The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvannia, . He was also a participant at the British Council-sponsored InterAction Leadership Programme and the Africa Leadership Forum, Ghana.

His hobbies include Travelling, Writing and Arts collection.

Benjamin Osho

Benjamin is a finance and risk professional with over 20 years in the financial service industry

He has an extensive experience in deal structuring across multiple industries, policy development, process development and improvement and portfolio management

An adaptive and transformational leader with good relationship and leadership skills.

Benjamin holds a BSc and MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan

Michael Olusogbon – Operations Manager

Michael has over 18 years’ experience in below the line marketing with 6 of those years as Operations Manager.

He has worked as part of teams that have executed successful major brand campaigns and activations for brands such as P&G, Airtel, LaCasera, SABMiller, Nasco, Pepsi, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, and Guinness, from operations strategy development to Execution, monitoring and evaluation.

Aderonke Osho

A highly experienced marketing professional with 20 years core brand management experience spanning strategic business planning and execution, brand communication development, new product development covering innovation and renovation projects.

Aderonke has worked in leading multinational companies like Cadbury Nigeria Plc (Mondelez), FrieslandCampina Wamco and Kimberly Clark where she led the development of regional marketing strategies for Huggies in West, East and Central Africa (WECA).

She was also responsible for overseeing the effective executions of these strategies brand in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa.

Aderonke also did the total relaunch of Three crowns milk in 2010 which reversed the brand decline and placed Three Crowns on a strong growth path since then. The relaunch also repositioned Three crowns as a healthy low-fat option instead of a flanker brand for Peak.

Aderonke won a Performance Award in Cadbury and has several recognitions for being an Achiever. She is passionate about building and transforming brands, developing compelling brand communications, leveraging digital trends to increase brand relevance online and offline, delivering profitable P & L for brands and category, using market research data to consistently deliver meaningful insights and launch game changing innovations.

B.Sc. (Agricultural Extension Services) from the University of Ibadan

MBA International Business Management from Lagos State University
